Support retainers

A standing arrangement for systems you already depend on — built by us or inherited from someone else. Updates, fixes, monitoring, backups checked rather than assumed, and a named person who answers when something breaks.
Retainers are for teams whose systems are too important to run on goodwill: a defined response time, a monthly summary of what was done, and no surprise invoices.
